He makes his debut in the episode "Dragon Duel," where he replaces Coach Beast as dragonology teacher.
Season Two[]
In The Dark Dragon, he is amazed at the entrance that Rose tried to make, so he challenged her to a duel of dragons against his grandson Gregory
In The Regal Parade, he teaches his students how to hatch dragon eggs (though his own attempt removes the cracks on his egg instead of hatching it). When Rose hatches her team’s dragon egg, he instructs her on how to take care of it.
