Rainbow S.r.l. (also known as Rainbow S.p.A.) is an Italian television studio co-owned by Iginio Straffi and ViacomCBS (which also owns Nickelodeon). It coproduced the Regal Academy series. Rainbow is known for producing other TV shows like Winx Club, Huntik, and Club 57. Rainbow's book division, Tridimensional, releases books based on Rainbow shows, as well as original comics like Maya Fox.
