Ambrosia and her twin brother, Adonis, are the grandchildren of Sleeping Beauty. Ambrosia really likes Hawk Snowwhite.
She and her brother both have True Loves Magic, which can undo curses around them. She tends to continue to be homeschooled for now as well as her brother. Like how every girl is in love with her brother, all the boys are in love with her though she only loves Hawk SnowWhite. She then gets jealous of Rose Cinderella, as Hawk only loves Rose.

In The Sleepover, Ambrosia and Adonis are given a tour of Regal Academy, to decide if they wish to attend. Everyone in school falls for them (excluding Rose, who nevertheless remains courteous). Throughout the tour, Ambrosia expresses how impressed she is with the school. She begins to flirt with Hawk SnowWhite and invites the entire school to a party at her castle. It turns out to be a sleepover, and she, Adonis, and Sleeping Beauty make a grand entrance in their sleepwear.
However, the Evil Fairy makes her own dramatic arrival, and Sleeping Beauty explains that she’s invited to everything. The Evil Fairy traps everybody inside the castle and makes everybody (including Ambrosia) fall asleep. She is later awoken by Mirror Hawk’s kiss, making him her true love. She and Adonis proceed to use True Love’s Magic to counteract the Evil Fairy’s Sleep Magic. The party continues, and she admits to Rose that while she’s glad she and Rose friends now, she’s still a tad jealous of Rose’s relationship with Hawk.
