@Localcheshire, I am someone that actually likes season one’s CGI. Everyone else completely hates it. That being said, I still think that the show would better if it was hand-drawn. After all, Winx has stellar (Stella) character design that can only be reached with traditional pen and paper

@Localcheshire , I didn’t know that about Winx Club, so that’s cool. And yeah, that’s exactly why I think season 3 is in limbo.

But it also seems Rainbow is more invested in 44 Cats, which is literally the only show that their youtube channel is advertising. Still, your optimism is nice

I do see some resemblance, but they're not identical.

In addition, Winx and Regal Academy are produced by the same people, Rainbow S.p.A (previously known as Rainbow S.r.l)

That's just his prototype design. They didn't change it for the trailer (i.e. Rainbow changed his design after releasing the clip). It's the same reason why Astoria's skin is darker. It's also why Leena Tom Thumb has a different design in the first episode.

Vicky knows how to hide her evilness when appropriate.

Consider these two examples:

In the episode "Grand Ball," Cinderella sees Vicky transform Esquire back into a frog and states it is nice of her to do that.

In "Pumpkins and Dragons," Snow White asks why the other students can't be like Vicky.

Thus, we can come to the conclusion that even if Rose and her team reported on Vicky being evil, they would cast doubt on them.

And consider this, if they told on Vicky in the second episode (or if the school staff was competent), season one would not have a central antagonist. Everyone involved must be written in a way that allows Vicky to continue attending Regal Academy,

I haven't seen the episodes with RRH, LM, or Alice, but for the Pied Piper, we can assume he has a grandparent that simply hasn't been mentioned. I mean, it would be inconvenient to refer to him as the grandson of Pied Piper rather than just saying Pied Piper.

As for your second paragraph, the school staff is purely incompetent. Watch the conclusion of "Vicky the Villain," when they believe Vicky's lies about everything. But I'm not entirely sure what you mean by Vicky mentioned being evil so I can't speculate or state anything about that.

I haven't seen the episode "Rose in Wonderland," but still, he is in the background for just about all other episodes.

As for 9, I forgot to mention "Song of the Sea Witch," when Vicky brings the Sea Witch to Regal Academy. Plus, Vicky brings all fairy tale villains back in the episode "Vicky the Villain." by using the gate key. It is the reason why there are guardian dragons protecting the gates, to ensure that only people like Rose and Travis could enter.
